This Privacy Policy applies to all information that the website (virnaut.com) (hereinafter – virnaut.com), located at the domain name virnaut.com (as well as its subdomains), may obtain about the User during the use of the virnaut.com website (as well as its subdomains), its programs, and its products.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Site Administration” (hereinafter – Administration) – authorized employees responsible for managing the virnaut.com website on behalf of “Individual Entrepreneur Lebedev Igor Valerievich”, who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.2. “Personal data” – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).

1.3. “Processing of personal data” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools or without using such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.4. “Blocking of personal data” – the temporary cessation of processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).

1.5. “Confidentiality of personal data” – a requirement that is mandatory for compliance by the Administration of the virnaut.com website or other persons who have access to personal data, which prohibits their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis.

1.6. “The website virnaut.com” – a set of interconnected web pages located on the Internet at the unique address (URL): virnaut.com, as well as its subdomains.

1.7. “Subdomains” – pages or sets of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the virnaut.com website, as well as other temporary pages that contain contact information of the Administration.

1.8. “User of the website virnaut.com” (hereinafter referred to as User) – a person who has access to the website virnaut.com via the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products of the website websuperovo.com.

1.9. “Cookies” – a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a user’s computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding website.

1.10. “IP address” – a unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User accesses virnaut.com.

1.11. “Cross-border transfer of personal data” – the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The use of the website virnaut.com by the User implies agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data.

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Administration’s obligations to not disclose and ensure the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides to the Administration upon request when registering on the virnaut.com website or subscribing to an information e-mail newsletter.

3.2. Personal data allowed for processing within the framework of this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out forms on the virnaut.com website and includes the following information:

3.2.4. The User’s place of residence (if necessary);

The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending an email to the address info@virnaut.com with the note “Refusal of notifications about new products and services and special offers.”

4.1.8. Carrying out advertising activities with the consent of the User.

4.1.9. Providing the User with access to websites or services of virnaut.com partners in order to obtain products, updates, and services.

5. WAYS AND TIMEFRAMES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without any time limit, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without such tools.

5.2. The User agrees that the Administration of the website has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular to courier services, postal organizations, and telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order placed by the User on virnaut.com.

5.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state bodies of the Republic of Belarus only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

5.4. The Administration of the website takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

5.5. The Administration of the website, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The User shall:

6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary for using the website virnaut.com.

6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of any changes.

6.2. The Administration of the website shall:

6.2.1. Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Ensure the confidentiality of the obtained information, not to disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the transmitted personal data of the User, except for clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedures commonly used to protect such information in the existing business environment.

6.2.4. Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of the User’s request or inquiry, or from their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, during the period of verification in case of identification of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The site administration is not responsible for any losses incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of personal data on the virnaut.com website.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the site administration shall not be held responsible if such confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public knowledge before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was obtained from a third party or disclosed by a third party.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ACROSS BORDERS

8.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out with the written consent of the personal data subject for the cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or the performance of a contract with the personal data subject as a party.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1. Prior to filing a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the virnaut.com website and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute). Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as the legal entity is registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

9.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim notifies the claimant in writing of the results of the claim review.

9.3. The day of receiving the claim is the day of delivery by the postal service of the sent correspondence to the addressee, and if the claim is sent by e-mail, it is considered received by the addressee on the next day from the date of its sending by e-mail.

9.4. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

9.5. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Belarus.

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS

10.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy without User consent.

10.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force upon its placement on the virnaut.com website, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Privacy Policy.

10.3. Any proposals or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be sent to the email address info@virnaut.com.

10.4. This Privacy Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.

10.5. The current version of the Privacy Policy is available at https://virnaut.com/privacy-policy/.

10.6. The parties have agreed to mutually recognize the legal force of a written document:

10.6.1. Documents transmitted by email, email correspondence relating to the consent to the terms of the privacy policy, its execution, amendment, termination, drawn up, in particular, without the use of an electronic digital signature.

10.6.2. Actions taken on the virnaut.com website in the “Internet” computer network, accompanied by the provision of information (textual, by placing marks – ✓, ✓, ☑, and the like) to indicate agreement/disagreement with something, inclusion, accounting.

10.7. The provisions of section 9.3 and subsection 10.6.1 of section 10.6 of the Policy relate to correspondence and document exchange incoming or outgoing to or from email addresses belonging to the virnaut.com domain, as well as the email address specified by the User.
